PAYMENT FOR PURCHASE
Acceptable payment methods are by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal globally. If you're in Ukraine — we accept cash on delivery.
All international transactions will be proceeded in US Dollars. All transactions within Ukraine will be proceeded in Ukrainian Hryvna.
When paying with a card or by PayPal you will be redirected to a secure page of the processing centre.
Please check if you have a limits on your card for payment via Internet. Before making a payment you have to cancel it by calling your bank (contact information is usually indicated on the back of the card).
We deliver all over the World. All shipment charges you can see in checkout page, after you choose your country. Please consider that delivery time depends on your location and can be from 5 to 20 days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation.
StyleOnly currently manages all aspects of the customer experience to ensure that it's as seamless and easy as possible for the client. Clients with orders being delivered by freight may be contacted by a local shipping company to schedule a suitable date and time to deliver their order.
To place an international order, simply proceed to purchase and enter in the international address you would like to use.
Delivery within Ukraine is free of charge.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days from the date of the purchase according to the legislation in effect.
The time it takes to make a refund depends on the refund method (via payment card or other method). It usually takes from 2 to 5 business days; however we will do our best to speed up the process.

International return policy
StyleOnly currently is able to accept returns from Ukraine, EU & CIS countries. Orders from other countries are final sale.
Regardless of your shipment country, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return. Contact International Customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org). Customers bear the shipping costs associated with the return. When received, we will provide you a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes associated with the return.
My Item Arrived Damaged/ Incorrect. What Do I Do?
Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our International Customer Service team. Please have your order number ready so our customer support team can resolve the situation as quickly and easily as possible.

What Happens to Undeliverable Packages?
All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. The customer will be refunded in full to their original payment method. There is no guarantee that the customer will be able to reorder the items in that order.

How can I cancel an international order?
Up until 1 hour of placing the order, customers can cancel their order by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
After 2 hours: StyleOnly Customer Support will review the order to see if it can be cancelled before shipment. StyleOnly cannot guarantee cancellation.
